Supporting Roller - 2 Wheel

As this SUPPROTING ROLLER is a two guide wheel block setting with 10-15M distance on Pulling rope when stringing works for overhead conductor or OPGW cable. It's used to rotate ground wire with new conductors or OPGW cable without it's loosen and vibration.
